Strawberries with Balsamic Glaze


1 3pack Smith Farms Organic Strawberries, halved

½ bunch Smith Farms Organic Basil, chiffonade

1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar


1. In a small pot, add the balsamic vinegar on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until it becomes a thick glaze.

2. Halve strawberries and add to a bowl.

3. Stack up the basil leaves into a pile and roll into a cigar-like shape. Cut across to make ribbons.

4. On a serving plate, add strawberries and sprinkle with basil. Garnish with the sweet balsamic reduction. Enjoy!
